Hello from Oregon! I’m in the town of Hermiston, close to the Washington state border and about 2.5 hours from Idaho (which is where I came from). I picked this town as my rest stop because it had a lot of hotels but, for a town in the middle of nowhere, it’s pretty big. With a population of around 18,000, it turns out it is the largest in the region.
