When I went it was New Year’s Day, and the temperature was WELL below freezing. I was wrapped up so tight only my eyes were visible to the outside world, and then, even my eyeballs hurt with the cold. Sadly, this meant I have no photos to remember the visit, because it was just too cold to get the camera out, and with my thick ski gloves there was no way I could use it without taking them off! Must go back in kinder weather!

Sadly, it’s one of the great American landmarks I’ve yet to visit! Maybe next summer when I’m up in Montreal, I’ll pop down for a visit…
