This blog post is about two things: one big, one small.
First, the small thing: Since it’s the holiday season, I thought I’d offer a holiday treat. From now until Christmas, my ebook on monetizing and creating a successful travel blog is on sale and only 17 dollars. You still get all the perks too- the 2nd ebook on how to build a travel blog, lifetime updates, and advertiser names. Not bad for only 17 dollars? Even if you only want the advertiser names, you are going to make your money back. So if you were on the fence before, this is the time to jump over.
Now the big one:
After the first of the year, I’ll be giving away a free trip to somewhere in the world (that’s all I’m saying now folks!) and the logistics of that require some additional help. So I am looking for an intern to help me with that and other aspects of what I do.
What kind of help? You’ll be helping me with the following:
- SEO (link building, on site optimization, article writing, link networks, keyword research)
- The Giveaway Project (emails, social media, PR, handling entries, marketing)
- Social Media (Stumble, Digg, Twitter, Facebook, TBEX)
- Other Marketing/Tasks
I need someone who can commit to around 15 hours a week. It will probably be less than that but sometimes it might be 15 hours. I don’t want to low ball it. I need someone who has that kind of time. The project will go from January 3rd to March 30th. You can do this from home too- it’s all over the internet.
In exchange for all of this work, you’ll get to know everything I know about running a successful website. You’ll see how I do it and how I manage to make a living being a digital vagabond. Some of what I do is pretty boring and unglamorous so don’t expect everything to be amazingly fun. However, you’ll learn it all. I’ll be showing you how to build websites, rank them on Google, reach out to people, use Adsense, and use social media. Even if you bought my ebook, you’ll learn new stuff. And even if you don’t want to be a digital vagabond, these skills will come in handy in any business. Businesses are moving online and are looking for people with that kind of knowledge.
Additionally, at the end of the three months, I’ll deposit into your paypal account $300 dollars, enough for you to buy your own hosting package for your own websites. Or take a flight. It’s yours to spend however you want.
