Today, I move back to Bangkok. My time in Taiwan is over and I’m happy about that. I enjoyed my time in Taiwan (I finally got to see many of the sites so expect a plethora of Taiwan related posts soon) but I need to get back to Bangkok to do some work. This blog is suffering, my earnings are suffering- I need to get to it. I have tons of content for this site coming over the next few weeks and I’m working on producing some more tips for the travel tips section. I’m cruising around the blogosphere more and this week, I’ve found these things worth mentioning:

Brave New Traveler has a a great article about how to reinvent yourself while traveling. It’s insightful and humorous all at once. I’ve done it sometimes. Sometimes you just have to have fun with it because really, how many times do you want to answer the question “where are you from?”

And I know how it feels to run out of funds (as per my last blog post, our savings are drained from a 20-month long home reno we’re in. I think we’re taking legal action against our contractor). Hi Matt! Thanks for the links. I really liked the Brave New Traveler one about reinventing yourself while traveling. Expats do some of that too, I’ve noticed. Maybe cause they think you’re going to move back tomorrow, so they put on a show. then when you’re actually hanging around for a while they become real, whatever that means:)
