R(etc… )
Makes me salivate
One of my favourite spots in Italy and beautifully captured in your photo. These five magic little towns of the Cinque Terre seemingly glued onto the cliff faces in pastel colours are something to behold and somehow a little different from the traditional old Italy. Sorry to be advertorial but I write a recent blog entry on The CInque Terre (if anyone is interested) at http://travel-wonders.blogspot.com/2008/05/hiking-confection-villages-cinque-terre.html.
Keep up the inspiring travel photographs.
one word, perfect. and another, admirable.
Hi Matt! 2008.08.08 is a very special day for Blogtrotter. So, before I start commemorating, let me just tell you how much I appreciate your comments on my blogs! Thanks a lot!
This one is gorgeous! I’ve a similar one (not so beautiful) here!
Have a great day and a wonderful weekend!
Ack! The Cinque Terre is one of my favourite places on earth. We are going to Florence next week… this photo makes me think we should make a day trip to Vernazza. Thanks for the weekly photos.
I read about your visit with Heather. Cool.
I’m back in BCN now. Ahhhhhhh! (Sigh of relief.)
I love the cinque terre. I’m salivating now thinking about it! glad you all liked the photo!
@zac: tried to comment on your blog but had to sign up? anyways, good luck on your trip.
Great capture. I know have a yearning to visit Europe. Thanks a lot!
Sorry, I am late to comment here.
Have you been to Burano in Italy ? It has very similar houses… similarly coloured and look like match boxes on top of one another.
